Villa Bracchi is a historically significant home in the small community of Bonvicino where our other property, Villa San Lorenzo, is located. We have just completed a restoration which includes 4000 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a huge open chef's kitchen with stunning views West towards the Italian Alps. The property has been renovated with absolutely every detail in mind. The chef’s kitchen includes a six-burner gas stove, a double-door Kitchen-Aid refrigerator, a Kitchen-Aid dishwasher, two sinks, an island for working with electrical outlets and a gathering point for friends, a dedicated filtered water tap with room temperature, cold, and sparkling water on demand. All bathrooms include a rain shower with carrara marble, hairdryers, a stone sink and platform using restored wood from the property.
