17th century Villa, 5 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms, Chefs Kitchen, wiFi
Villa Bracchi is a historically significant home in the small community of Bonvicino where our other property, Villa San Lorenzo, is located. We have just completed a restoration which includes 4000 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a huge open chef's kitchen with stunning views West towards the Italian Alps. The property has been renovated with absolutely every detail in mind. The chef’s kitchen includes a six-burner gas stove, a double-door Kitchen-Aid refrigerator, a Kitchen-Aid dishwasher, two sinks, an island for working with electrical outlets and a gathering point for friends, a dedicated filtered water tap with room temperature, cold, and sparkling water on demand. All bathrooms include a rain shower with carrara marble, hairdryers, a stone sink and platform using restored wood from the property. Hardwood floors using local oak with radiant heat throughout to keep the house warm during the cooler months of the year.
There are balconies or patios off of each bedroom and the living room from which you can take in the sweeping vista. There is an ancient bread oven (2.5 sqm in diameter) that was used by seven different homes in the 'neighbourhood' and which will return to use in order to create a variety of naturally leavened (using our own sourdough starter) breads as well as be a focal point of cooking classes.
